Q. Do you use appetite suppressants or Western medication?
No. Only herbal medicine prescribed by the director for your constitution and current condition; we review any medication you are taking.
Q. Do I have to exercise?
No separate exercise is required. We adjust meal order and timing while you keep your normal routine.
Q. Can I start after GLP-1 injections (Wegovy, Mounjaro)?

Q. I don't live in Busan — is it possible?
