LIMDA LONGEVITY

Longevity: what Korean medicine has been doing for 2,000 years

Longevity is not a recent invention. Korean medicine has aimed at a long life free of illness for two thousand years, and the method even has a name — 治未病 (chi-mi-byeong), "treating what has not yet become disease."

LIMDA Longevity at Kyunghee LIMDA Korean Medicine Clinic connects this old principle with today's measurements and data.

01

Measure

Constitution testing, EEG stress measurement, InBody body composition, 3D facial analysis, and pulse diagnosis. We read your current condition and the factors that influence how you age, together.

02

Personalize

Based on your results and constitution, the doctor personally prepares a herbal decoction for you alone. Since the Sasang constitution system, Korean medicine has always been personalized medicine.

03

Intervene

LimDIET for metabolism (a 28-day program with no appetite suppressants), facial acupuncture for facial muscles and circulation, Gyeongokgo — a nourishing prescription with 700 years of records — and acupuncture for sleep and stress.

04

Accompany

100% by appointment. The same doctor follows your body from the first visit onward.

The LIMDA Longevity check-up is by appointment. Marine City, Haeundae, Busan — next to Park Hyatt Busan.

FAQ

What does the Longevity check-up include?
Constitution testing, EEG stress measurement, InBody body composition, 3D facial analysis and pulse diagnosis. The doctor reads and explains the results in person, then sets the prescription and care plan according to your results and constitution.
How is it different from a regular health screening?
A health screening looks for disease that already exists. LIMDA Longevity works from the principle of 治未病: it reads the state of the body before disease and the factors that influence aging, and sets a care direction matched to your constitution. It complements a health screening rather than replacing it.
Can international patients book it?
Yes. The doctors consult directly in English. For Japanese, Chinese and other languages, an interpreter is arranged when you book 48 hours in advance. The clinic is registered with Busan City as a designated medical institution for international patients.
How long does it take, and how do I book?
Tests and the doctor's consultation take place on the same day; the time required is confirmed when you book. The clinic is 100% by appointment — book through the booking page, by phone, or via WhatsApp, LINE or WeChat.
