Korean medicine longevity, in one paragraph Longevity medicine measures, personalizes, and acts before disease. Korean medicine has carried that idea for a long time under its own name: 治未病, treating what is not yet disease, written roughly 2,000 years ago; Donguibogam (1613), which puts nurturing life before treating illness; and Sasang constitutional medicine (1894), which holds that the same symptom can need a different prescription in a different person. The instruments are new; the frame is not.

What happens on the day Constitution analysis establishes your baseline. EEG-based stress measurement shows where you sit between tension and recovery. Body composition gives muscle, body water and visceral fat as numbers. A 3D facial scan records left–right balance and puffiness. Pulse diagnosis reads circulation and digestion. Each is short and painless, and the doctor explains all five together, in English, in one sitting. The measurements take about 15 minutes and treatment 40 minutes; consultation time varies from person to person, so plan on at least 90 minutes in total.

You leave with documents, not impressions You leave with a written report in English, and the 3D facial analysis report can be issued in 20 languages. When you come back, we place the new measurements beside your first visit and read them together. Two measurements taken the same way say far more than one.

A different kind of longevity clinic Most longevity clinics in Korea are in Seoul and build their programmes around injections, infusions and cell-based treatments.
