Healthy-aging Korean medicine visit in Busan

limda k-medical clinic (경희림다한의원) is next to Park Hyatt Busan in Marine City, Haeundae, the doctor explains your results in English, and you can walk in without an appointment. A healthy-aging first visit takes about 60–90 minutes, including consultation, assessment and treatment. Busan is about two and a half hours from Seoul by KTX, and the clinic is a 25 to 30 minute taxi ride from Busan Station or a 10-minute walk from Dongbaek Station.

limda k-medical clinic (경희림다한의원) is a 10-minute walk from Dongbaek Station (Busan Metro Line 2), and reservations are recommended and walk-ins are welcome; consultations are one-to-one.

Why look outside Seoul

Most longevity and wellness searches in Korea lead to Seoul. Busan gives you the same kind of measurement-based Korean medicine visit in a half day, with the sea next door: after the visit, the walking path around Dongbaek Island is a short walk from the clinic. We describe the goal as healthy aging — keeping sleep, energy, body composition and stress in a better range for longer — not as extending life.

What we measure

  1. Body composition (InBody 970) — muscle, fat and water balance, which shift quietly with age
  2. EEG-based stress reading — the balance between tension and recovery, measured the same way at each visit so changes can be compared
  3. 3D facial analysis — symmetry and contour, with a report available in 20 languages
  4. Pulse diagnosis and Sasang constitution — read from a questionnaire, physical findings and your pulse

Measurements take about 15 minutes in total and nothing is invasive.

How the half day runs

  1. Measurements, about 15 minutes
  2. Consultation — the doctor reads all the results together and explains them in English
  3. Treatment — LIMDA AcuNap in a private room, aimed at sleep, tension and circulation
  4. You leave with a written report in English, and a herbal prescription only if it fits; prescriptions are made 15 days at a time and can be shipped abroad
  5. Optional: an easy walk around Dongbaek Island

What we do not do

We don't promise to reverse aging. Measurements are a starting point for decisions, not a diagnosis.

Practical notes

Booked patients are seen first, so walk-ins may wait a little; a reservation means no wait, which helps on a day trip. The doctor consults in English, and one of our doctors consults directly in Mandarin Chinese. Costs are posted on our non-covered fee page and confirmed before anything begins.
