Need a clinic in English on your Busan cruise port day? limda k-medical clinic (경희림다한의원) is a Korean medicine clinic on the ground floor (1F, No. 104–105) of Haeundae I'Park Tower 1, 38 Marine City 2-ro, Haeundae-gu, Busan — next to Park Hyatt Busan, about 30 to 40 minutes by taxi from the cruise terminal and a two-minute walk from the Suyeong Bay yacht piers. Appointments are prioritized and walk-ins are welcome, so you can come in on the day of your port call. We are open weekdays 10:00–19:00 and Saturdays 09:00–17:00. Women doctors see you, and consultations are in English.

limda k-medical clinic (경희림다한의원) is on the first floor of I’Park Tower 1 in Marine City, Haeundae, and our doctors and all staff speak English, and a Chinese-speaking doctor is on site — no interpreter booking needed.

Busan is a major cruise port of call, and shore days are short. This is our one page for cruise passengers, written for two readers: passengers who want one calm, useful thing to do on a port day, and tour operators or ship concierges who need a stop they can book, time and trust.

Where is the clinic from the cruise terminal?

About 30 to 40 minutes by taxi from Busan Port International Passenger Terminal, depending on traffic (allow 40 minutes at rush hour). The terminal itself has an information lounge but no Korean medicine clinic. From Haeundae Beach hotels it is a 5 to 10 minute drive, and the clinic faces Suyeong Bay Yacht Marina, so the yacht piers and our front door are on the same block.

For the taxi driver, show this: 해운대 마린시티 아이파크 Tower 1, 파크하얏트 옆 (Haeundae Marine City I'Park Tower 1, next to Park Hyatt). Message us when you get in the taxi and we will watch the clock with you.

Do I need an appointment, or can I walk in?

You do not need to book days ahead: walk-ins are welcome. Booked patients are seen first, so there may be a short wait. If you message us on WhatsApp (+82-10-7925-6248) with your docking time and all-aboard time, we hold a slot around your schedule and the wait gets shorter.

Does it fit my port day?

Port call of 8 hours or longer: yes, comfortably — taxi 30 to 40 minutes each way, 60 to 90 minutes at the clinic, and time left for the beach or a yacht cruise from the marina next door.

Port call of 6 to 8 hours: possible if you come early and take a taxi straight from the terminal. Tell us the all-aboard time and we build the visit backwards from it.

A typical 09:00 arrival: taxi from the terminal at 09:30, clinic 10:15–11:45, yacht cruise or a walk on Dongbaek Island 12:00–13:30, taxi back at 14:00, on board by 15:00.

What happens during a half-day visit?

0:00 Arrival and a short intake in English.

0:10 Diagnosis: pulse reading, constitution check, body composition (InBody 970) and EEG stress measurement, plus a 3D facial analysis if you are curious about facial acupuncture. The measurements take about 15 minutes, and the doctor explains what each reading means before anything else happens.

0:40 Treatment chosen with you: acupuncture (including facial acupuncture), cupping, or LIMDA AcuNap — our rest-style acupuncture session in a dark, quiet room.

1:10 Tea, questions and, if you want one, a herbal prescription. All herbal medicine is prescribed only after this in-person consultation.

1:30 Walk to the yacht marina, or back to your taxi or coach.

You leave with a written report in English; the 3D facial analysis report is available in 20 languages.

Can I get acupuncture in English on a port day?

Yes. Many passengers come in after long sea days, flights to the embarkation port or a busy shore schedule. Needles are single-use and hair-thin, and every treatment is chosen with you after the doctor has read your pulse and asked how you slept, ate and moved on board. Our doctors consult in English, and one of our doctors consults directly in Mandarin Chinese — no interpreter booking needed. Japanese and other languages are arranged with an interpreter on 48 hours' notice, so message us before you sail rather than on the morning you dock.

Can I take herbal medicine back on board?

Yes. Herbal prescriptions are made individually and packed in sealed single-dose travel pouches that keep at room temperature, so they store easily in a cabin. Prescriptions are written in 15-day units; for travellers who have sailed on, the follow-up is done remotely and international shipping to your home address is available. Rules differ by country, so tell us your destination and we will say what is and is not practical.

Can we combine the visit with the yacht cruise?

Yes. Most Haeundae shore excursions already stop at the marina for a daytime or sunset yacht cruise past Gwangan Bridge and the Marine City skyline, and the departure docks are a two-minute walk from our door. A 60 to 90 minute clinic visit and the boat fit back to back without a second transfer, in either order.

What about payment and paperwork for travel insurance?

International cards are accepted. Fees are posted at limda.co.kr/fee-schedule and confirmed before anything begins. English receipts and medical certificates are issued on request for your travel insurance. We are registered with Busan City as a medical institution for international patients (registration no. M-2026-02-07-709023).

For tour operators, cruise lines and hotel concierges

Individual passengers can simply walk in; the points below are for groups that want reserved slots.

Group size: up to 8 guests per 90-minute slot; larger groups are split into consecutive slots.

Reserved group slots: send the request 48 hours ahead for English-speaking groups, 72 hours if an interpreter is needed. Ship concierges and tour operators can hold a block of slots for a port day and release unused ones 24 hours before.

Timing: we hold slots around a confirmed docking window and adjust if the ship's arrival shifts, as long as we hear from you the same morning.

Payment: a single invoice per group is available on request.

What to send us: ship name, docking and all-aboard times, group size, languages, and whether the yacht cruise comes before or after the visit. We reply with a written slot confirmation and a one-page briefing for your guests.
