G-STAR 2026 runs from Thursday, November 19 to Sunday, November 22, 2026 at BEXCO in Busan. - Venue — BEXCO, Halls 1 and 2, Centum City, Busan
- Consumer halls (BTC) — all four days; business hall (BTB) — November 19–21

Please check the official G-STAR site for opening hours and ticketing.
The basics
- Your ticket confirmation, open on your phone
- A power bank and cable
- Water — the halls are dry
- A snack for when the food queues are longest
- A light backpack; merchandise and leaflets add up
- A layer that comes off easily — cold outside, warm inside
For your body
- Cushioned shoes you have already worn in — you will stand and walk several times your usual day.
- Spare socks to change into in the afternoon.
- A heat patch for the lower back.
- Wrist breaks — demos and filming work the wrists; circle them between sessions.
In the queue and at the demo station
- Every 20 minutes, rise onto your toes and lower ten times.
- Shift your weight from one leg to the other.
- Lift your phone to eye level instead of dropping your head.
- After each demo, draw the chin gently back for five seconds and roll the shoulders backwards ten times.
- Plan a seated break every two hours.
Back at the hotel
A warm shower and ten minutes with your legs up against the wall make the next morning lighter. If you are attending several days, sleep is what carries you; keep coffee and energy drinks to before 3 p.m.
When a visit helps
- The neck will not turn fully in the morning.
- Standing up straight is difficult.
- The heel hurts on the first step out of bed.
Treatment is LIMDA AcuNap — acupuncture, pharmacopuncture, electroacupuncture and infrared heat in one 40-minute session. Allow about 90 minutes for a first visit.
