Staying at Park Hyatt Busan? A Korean Medicine Visit, Right Next Door

"Where are you staying?" is the first thing I ask travelers who message us. When the answer is Park Hyatt Busan, the rest of the conversation gets easy, because we are in the building right next to the hotel — iPark Tower 1, ground floor, units 104–105 in Marine City, Haeundae.

This guide is for hotel guests who have heard about Korean medicine (Hanbang) and want to try it properly during a short stay, without losing half a day to transport.

Getting here from the hotel

Walk out of Park Hyatt Busan toward the iPark towers; we are on the ground floor of Tower 1, facing the Marine City street side. There is no taxi, no subway transfer and no hill to climb. Most guests arrive in their hotel slippers' worth of effort. If you drive, use iPark parking GATE 3 and the purple zone R5–R6.

What you can book

A first consultation (about 40–60 minutes): pulse diagnosis, a conversation about sleep, digestion and energy, and body composition and stress measurements where useful. The doctor explains what she finds in English.

AcuNap (about 20 minutes on the table): acupuncture, pharmacopuncture, electro-acupuncture, infrared heat and physiotherapy done together in a dark, quiet room. Most people fall asleep. It is a popular choice after a long flight, a day of walking, or a conference.

Facial acupuncture: fine-needle facial treatment that started from our work with facial palsy. A 3D facial scan records your face first. Many guests book it a day or two before a wedding, a shoot or an event. It is not a single-session fix; changes are usually discussed over several sessions, and results vary by person.

Herbal medicine (Hanyak): prescribed one-to-one after the consultation, in 15-day units. For travelers we pack it in travel pouches or arrange international shipping.

Longevity check-up: constitution analysis, EEG-based stress measurement, body composition, 3D facial analysis and pulse diagnosis, explained together in one visit — for people who feel "not quite right" even though their medical check-ups are normal.

How it fits your schedule

We are appointment-only, so there is no waiting room queue. A first visit with AcuNap usually takes about 90 minutes in total. English consultations are conducted directly by the doctor; for Japanese or Chinese, please book at least 48 hours ahead so we can arrange an interpreter. Message us on WhatsApp with your dates and we will suggest a time around your plans.

Good to know

We are a registered medical institution for foreign patients in Busan (Reg. No. M-2026-02-07-709023) and a partner clinic of Park Hyatt Busan. Visitors without Korean health insurance pay out of pocket; our non-covered fee schedule is published on our website, and we can issue receipts and documents for your travel insurance.

If something feels urgent — chest pain, sudden weakness or numbness, a high fever — please go to a hospital emergency room first. The hotel concierge can help you.
