limda k-medical clinic (경희림다한의원) is on the first floor of I’Park Tower 1 in Marine City, Haeundae, and five measurements — pulse and constitution reading, body composition, EEG stress, and 3D facial analysis — take about 40 minutes.

What the experience is It is a clinical visit, not a spa programme. Over about half a day you have your body read by a licensed Korean medicine doctor, receive treatment, and leave with a plan. Everything happens one-to-one in a private room. limda k-medical clinic runs by appointment only, so there is no crowded waiting area.

Part one — pulse and constitution reading (40–60 minutes) The doctor takes your pulse at both wrists and asks about sleep, digestion, bowel habits, temperature and energy through the day. Constitution analysis follows the Sasang tradition recorded in Korea in 1894: the same symptom can need different treatment in different people. Where useful we add body composition analysis, EEG-based stress measurement and a 3D facial scan. The doctor explains the findings in English, directly.

Part two — LIMDA AcuNap (about 20 minutes) LIMDA AcuNap is our own name for how we deliver acupuncture at limda k-medical clinic: acupuncture, pharmacopuncture, electro-acupuncture, infrared heat and physiotherapy in one session, in a dark and quiet room. Most visitors fall asleep. There are no marks afterwards, so the rest of your day is unaffected.

Part three — herbal medicine, if it fits If herbal medicine makes sense, it is prescribed one-to-one and prepared in 15-day units, then reviewed. For travelers we pack it in travel pouches or arrange international shipping.
