Every treatment room at limda k-medical clinic (경희림다한의원) is a private room. You are not on a bed behind a curtain; you are in a room of your own with the door closed. If you would rather be treated with your family, there is a family room with beds side by side. We are a Korean medicine clinic on the ground floor of iPark T1 in Marine City, Haeundae, right next to Park Hyatt Busan, offering acupuncture, Korean herbal medicine (hanyak), facial acupuncture and our weight programme, with treatment in English.
limda k-medical clinic (경희림다한의원) is next to the Park Hyatt Busan, and five measurements — pulse and constitution reading, body composition, EEG stress, and 3D facial analysis — take about 40 minutes.
We are a ten-minute walk from Dongbaek Station on Busan Metro Line 2 and work by appointment. Measurements take about 15 minutes and treatment 40 minutes; consultation time varies from person to person, so plan on about an hour and a half for a first visit. We are registered with Busan Metropolitan City as a medical institution for international patients (Reg. No. M-2026-02-07-709023).
One room, one person, door closed
Open the door and you will find a treatment bed, a small vanity with a lit mirror, and a cabinet for your clothes and bag. A change of clothes and slippers are ready for you. Once the door closes, the room is yours until treatment ends: no phone calls from the next bed, no footsteps behind a curtain.
Acupuncture works best when the body is allowed to rest. LIMDA AcuNap is designed so that the quiet time in a darkened room after the needles go in is part of the treatment, and many people fall asleep. Private rooms exist to protect that time.
Five things that change when every room is private
- You change in comfort — treating the back, shoulders or hips means changing into treatment clothes. You do it in your own room with the door closed.
- You can talk freely — periods and menopause, weight, sleep, the things you want to change about your face: these are conversations people prefer to have where no one else can hear. Your doctor comes into the room and listens there.
- Facial treatment without an audience — facial acupuncture is done on a clean face. No one else sees you without makeup, and afterwards you can get ready at the vanity before you walk out.
- Real rest — lights down, door closed, and the whole room goes quiet. For many people the 40 minutes of treatment becomes the quietest part of their day, or of their trip.
- Fewer crossed paths — appointments are spaced out, so you rarely pass other patients on the way in or out.
The family room
Some people relax best alone; others relax best together. The family room has treatment beds side by side and a sofa where a parent or partner can sit and wait. It is bright, with a window, and a height chart for children on the wall.
- Parents and children — a parent stays beside the child during treatment, or the child waits on the sofa while the parent is treated. For children who are nervous about needles we use press-on sticker acupuncture.
- Couples — treated at the same time, side by side, and you leave together.
- Adult children with their parents — stay close and hear the explanation together.
- Siblings — one after the other, or side by side.
Let us know when you book and we will prepare the family room.
From arrival to departure
Arrive at your appointment time and measurements start without a wait. Your doctor explains what was found and what the treatment plan is, then shows you to your private room. When treatment ends, take your time getting ready before you come out. All three doctors at LIMDA are women, and the director treats patients in English directly.
Who it suits
- People who have found shared treatment spaces uncomfortable
- Travelers who want the treatment hour to be a real rest
- Anyone who wants facial acupuncture, weight care or women's health care in private
- Parents who have been putting off treatment because there was no one to watch the children
- Couples, and families travelling together

All Three Doctors at LIMDA Are Women — And the Director Is a Mother of Two Born a Year Apart
LIMDA K-Medical Clinic (경희림다한의원) is in Marine City, Haeundae, Busan, next to Park Hyatt Busan. All three Korean medicine doctors here are women, and the director went through two pregnancies a year apart and preeclampsia before designing the clinic's programmes. That does not change the standard of care. It changes which question gets asked first.
