Busan Fireworks Festival 2026 (November 7): Watching from Marine City, What to Bring, and Looking After Your Body
The Busan Fireworks Festival is on Saturday, November 7, 2026. A local clinic in Marine City shares where the view is, what to bring for a cold evening on your feet, and how to get back comfortably.
요약The 21st Busan Fireworks Festival takes place on the evening of Saturday, November 7, 2026, centred on Gwangalli Beach, and the fireworks over Gwangan Bridge can also be seen from the Marine City coastal road and Dongbaek Island. It is a cold evening of several hours on your feet, so warm layers, comfortable shoes and a warm drink matter most. limda k-medical clinic (경희림다한의원), next to Park Hyatt Busan in Marine City, is open that day from 09:00 to 17:00.

The Busan Fireworks Festival is on the evening of Saturday, November 7, 2026, and if you plan to watch from Marine City, half of what you pack should be for your body: it is a November evening by the sea, with several hours on your feet. limda k-medical clinic (경희림다한의원) is a Korean medicine clinic next to Park Hyatt Busan in Marine City, Haeundae, and this is the guide we give our own patients.
limda k-medical clinic (경희림다한의원) is a 10-minute walk from Dongbaek Station (Busan Metro Line 2), and the clinic is registered with Busan City for international patients and holds an MOU with the Korea Ocean Business Corporation.
limda k-medical clinic (경희림다한의원) is a ten-minute walk from Dongbaek Station on Busan Metro Line 2 and welcomes walk-ins. On festival day, Saturday, November 7, we are open as usual from 09:00 to 17:00, with consultation in English.
At a glance
- Date — Saturday, November 7, 2026, in the evening
- Where — centred on Gwangalli Beach, with Igidae and Dongbaek Island
- From Marine City — the fireworks over Gwangan Bridge are visible from the coastal road and from the Dongbaek Island side.
- Transport — expect road closures and crowds; the metro is the practical choice. Marine City is a ten-minute walk from Dongbaek Station (Line 2).
Please check the City of Busan and the festival's official notices for the exact start time and the road-closure schedule.
The view from Marine City
Marine City faces Gwangan Bridge across Suyeong Bay. From the coastal road you see the bridge, the water and the fireworks above them in one frame, a step back from the beach itself. Walk towards Dongbaek Island and the bay opens wider.
What to bring
- Layers — the temperature drops quickly after sunset in the sea wind. Bring something that covers the neck and one more thin layer than you think you need.
- Heat packs — on the lower back and lower abdomen rather than in the pockets; the back stiffens less.
- A folding cushion — sitting for a few minutes at a time rests the back and knees.
- Comfortable shoes — low heels, room for the toes, and not new.
- A warm drink in a flask.
- A light backpack rather than a bag on one shoulder.
- A power bank.
While you wait
- Every 20 minutes, rise onto your toes and lower ten times. The calf muscles pump blood back up and the legs swell less.
- Shift your weight from one leg to the other.
- You will be looking up for a long time; draw the chin gently back now and then to rest the back of the neck.
- With small children, a low stool or carrying in front is kinder to your back than shoulders.
Getting back
Everyone moves at once when the show ends. Waiting 10 to 20 minutes before you set off makes the walk far easier. The route to Dongbaek Station is flat.
The next day
If the calves and lower back are sore, take a warm shower and walk gently for 20 minutes. Soreness that eases within two or three days is muscular. A neck that will not turn or a back that will not straighten after three days is worth a visit.
Before the fireworks
On Saturday, November 7 we are open from 09:00 to 17:00, so a daytime visit followed by the fireworks in the evening works well. Treatment is LIMDA AcuNap — acupuncture, pharmacopuncture, electroacupuncture and infrared heat in one 40-minute session. Allow about 90 minutes for a first visit, and book ahead for that day.
